My back and neck are always giving me trouble and I've found the Lacrosse ball is one of the only things that has helped me feel better. I've always wished I could find a massager with two Lacrosse balls attached; one for each side of my spine. So I did an internet search and found the RAD Roller. It's portable so you can roll anywhere and, unexpectedly, it smells great.
