I'm presuming that you don't really want to get much bigger than you are - you should be working with fewer sets and heavier weights. It will be easier to recover from less volume, you will be stronger but not necessarily more massive, and you will be optimizing your nervous system for maximal strength output. <br /><br />This all changes if you are trying to get bigger though.Jahed Momandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06121835180921802611noreply@blogger.com
